Unitech Group Projects: Unihomes 3, Update And Reviews

As we all know, Unitech has already launched his project Unihomes 3 which are budget homes like their previous projects Unihomes 1 & 2, Sec - 117 Noida.

Before moving further we must look into Unitech Company history in case we are interested in their project anyware:

History

Founded by 5 partners, Ramesh Chandra, Dr. S. P. Shrivastava, Dr. P K Mohanti, Dr. Ramesh Kapur and Dr. Bahari and originally formed as United Technical Consultant Private Ltd in 1972 as a soil investigation company. They later moved into civil engineering contracts in 1974. The company began to enter into real estate in 1986., and started to increase focus in Real Estate in 2000 today it is India's second-largest listed real estate firm.

Communication

They have recently formed a large joint venture with Norway based Telenor Group to create Unitech Wireless., in August 2009, it secured a 50 billion rupee ($1 billion) loan from State Bank of India (SBI.BO) to fund its mobile phone network rollout.

Unitech Wireless is one of the accused in the 2G spectrum scam. It is alleged that they were able to attain 2G licenses by bribing officials in the Indian Government eventhough they didn't have any previous telecom experience. As a fallout of this they had a total of 22 licenses cancelled by virtue of a court order, and their Managing Director Sanjay Chandra sent to jail.

Now they are back to their own line for what they are famous i.e; Real Estate Business

2) Near to Proposed metro station (as per news) of expected posh area Sec-78, Noida
3) Near to Noida expressway
4) Very near to FNG Expressway (just 200 meters) which makes good connectivity to Delhi, Faridabad
    and Ghaziabad

6) Corner Plot
7) Gymnasyam
8) Parks
9) Ventilated Contruction cluster layout
10) Parking etcc....


Pros:

1) Very good location
2) Just 4-6 kms away from Noida City Center Metro Station
3) Near to Commercial Sectors
4) Near to Proposed metro station
5) Most budgeteable project in central noida with great contruction quality

Cons:

1) Late in giving project possession :-(
2) Demands amount very early
3) When appartment cluster built completely, company goes to sleep for long time but did not provide
    possession (as per lot of forums, so all amount will be given but still not in our own home :-( very bad)
4) Customer Care is not responding


As Unitech is now sharp on their Real Estate Line again, so hope for the best for investors and end users. End users are Crossing their fingers work should be finished ASAP for this project, I think work is already in good pace looks like builder is covering the delayed time construction.
